Commitment is like saying “I’m not going to think about this anymore”. I guess in some cases that can be a good thing. Choosing a life path that makes you happy requires commitment, along with finishing a work of art, raising a child, and sitting down to watch the entire Lord of The Rings trilogy. Commitment isn’t bad, but fear of commitment isn’t bad either. I guess I can’t commit to either side.
Other things that require commitment:
Religion, standardized testing, majoring in art history, genocide
I thought I was commited to buying chicken, lettuce, and tomato for making sandwiches at home, but I forgot. I guess I’ll have to commit to a No Way Jose from Cameron’s.
